Shocking Lack Service

Shocking service. Been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to rectify a mistake they made. Now I'm sitting with a contract and no phone and no one wants to help I just keep getting passed onto someone else. I have requested for them to also cancel the contract rather if no one is interested in helping me and still no response
