Settlement

I am under debt review since 2017 and now retrenched end of oct. I contacted sigma regarding my direct axis account being handed over to them. It is now more than a month that different people are phoning me daily about the arrears. They do not make notes on your file for the next person to read before they phoning. The last consultant told me to email an offer which i can afford to settle and they will go back to their client to discuss... Till today i did not hear a word. This is bad service. I am prepared to settle because i will no longer earn a salary but now they do not want to reply to me.
