Service from Summer Mobile is terrible.
I have been waiting for a recording from Summer Mobile for three weeks. This was after the first agent told me I would have it the next day. The next day another agent said it will take 5 working days. Three weeks later I get the same response - they will escalate it. My matter has now been escalated 3 times and I haven't received anything useful from them. Judging by their service they are definitely an MTN partner. So bad!

01 Jun 2023, 09:29I received a recording yesterday but I still need another one. Let's see how long that will take. It is frustrating to have to go to these measures before you get proper responses within some of the big companies. Some staff are super helpful but the rest just pass on responsibility to someone else by "putting you through", giving you another number to call (usually they refer you back to the number you called in the first place) or escalating the matter.
