Sad employee

I was employed by Sigma for ruffly a month and a half. I had good stats even though i was on probation, i still met my targets. I fell sick and had to get a surgery. I had all the documents i needed. My Dr then postponed my surgery to treat me with medication to prepare by body for surgery. The medication had the worse side effect and i also suffer from anxiety and depression. I was told i needed to be in work I advised i need to go to my gp as my surgeon works at a public hospital and i cant just walk in. I went to my gp she gave me medication to help me with the other medications also she gave me off for the few days so my body can regulate. Meanwhile the stanin manager kept calling me and texting she needs my letters and when will i be in. When I returned to work she advised that the dont take a backdated certificate. I also advised her that my gp work on appointments so she was aware that i was not well but onlu had the date the following day. I understood i was on probation and i would not get paid. Yet for the week while waiting for my surgery i went to work in pain. The following week i got flu and my son had it very bad i took him to the clinic and sigma decided to ask me to come in after i took my son to the clinic i explained my mom is the person that helps me with the kids but she was sick aswell we all had the same flu and my mom has asthma and wont be able to take care of him. The manager decided that she waa going to tell me that in my interview i have child care assistance. They then asked me to come in everyday by this time i was so depressed and anxious about everything they also decided to have a hearing i advised them i wont be able to make it due to medical reasons i was in so much pain and the pain made my anxiety worse they postponed it but the same day the manage called an asked why i did not come for my hearing i advised the Hr said its postponed. I also advised i was going to see my surgeon and she was going to write me a letter to explain what has been going on but they date they set up the hearing was be fore i went back to the hospital. I coulnt go to the hearing i advised them my pain was ro much they had the hearing and not dismissed me but put me as absconed wow and in the email from HR she said that all money owed to me will be paid i worked a week and a half also i worked a public holiday the month before. They semd me a email after pay day they dont pay absconed workers. Im not sure how i am absconed if i communicated. I had a surgery i was hospitalized and readmitted. I am only feeling myself again now almost a month after this happend and they are yet to answer my emails. I understand you are replaceable but this company promoted mental health and wellbeing but when i needed them they deserted me
