Roof and celling

This is a perfect example of how to completely annoy a client and lose them once and for all.
I would've thought that, because this case has been going on for so long, and because of all the delays, that our case would have received a smidgen of priority by now.

I fully believe that only a handful of people at Ooba, and Hollard (as well as Digicall, OneCall, and their contractors) are reposible for the deplorable service that we have received since joining. Every once in a while there has been a glimmer of hope, only to be dismally disappointed.

Something as simple as composing a mail, or even replying to it has been an issue. Whatever the excuse is, I don't care to hear about it anymore.
Please pay out the claim as you telephonically indicated that our policy would be doing.

This ces****l of service is beyond comprehension. Your (as well as others') follow-up systems are non-existent. The amount of people I've had to work with to get anything done, is ludicrous. The amount of times I've had to phone and follow up myself is beyond belief; I would even be justified for sending an invoice for the amount of work I've had to do.

This entire case is what gives the insurance industry it's shoddy reputation. There are some who have actually done their jobs, and unfortunately, in my mind, will forever be affiliated with the rest.

I feel sorry for whoever works so hard to uphold these companies and their good reputations, because you and yours have let them down.

I can only wonder if other clients experience the same, and what their experience is like.
I shudder to think of how a major claim would have been dealt with. You forget that most events, that need to be claimed for, are traumatic times for clients. Their only consolation is that they have insurance, but your service unnecessarily drags it out and makes it so much worse. A situation that should have been stress free and uncomplicated, has been delayed for far too long.

How do you justify any of this, thinking you'll retain my business?

To whom it may concern: ensure that I receive all the relevant documentation so that we can cancel this policy.
