Rip-Off Company

<p>Went to a contract with them for R379/ month and I was promised a R110 airtime and 50 SMS, but only received benefits of R50 and 25 SMSs. I have called the company, sent the Legal Wise attorney but they still disputing the fact that they did not leave to their contractual responsibility.I want up and down with ICASA and other regulators and could not find help, besides their cost centre saying they notice that the cell number registered on my name is not the one I am using. </p> <p> </p> <p>My advice, run away from this 3rd part company as far as possible. infact when they call you, just play deaf, it worth not losing airtime and wasting your money.</p>
