Rica disconnected number

I have a contract with you. Yet I cannot make and recieve calls as it says my number needs to be ricad again. I went into a cell c store and they showed me that this number cannot be ricad as it is permanently disconnected. How am I supposed to use this service if no one can solve this problem.
