Rejected Claim damages

Absolutely pathetic review of my claim damages relating to storm. Assessor Ernest Botha was sent to assess my house damages caused by the storm. He filed a report which states that my ceilings and walls were caused by rain. Then Digicall files a report stating that my roof is deteriorated and a person by the name of Jurie Grobler sends me an email stating that my claim was rejected. I've only had 2 claims paid out to me in over 10 years with Dialdirect which is a sister company of Telesure. I'm totally disappointed and will be handing them over to my Attorney's. I've had no claims on my 2 motor vehicles for over 10 years. Pathetic for a pensioner trying to get his house ceilings repaired.
