Poor upgrade service

Please may I state on record that I am very disappointed with the upgrade service phone call that I have received today.

I have been a loyal paying customer and I get offered some no name brand phone only called AXXA 2018.

Gosh you would think that there would have been a better option for a loyal paying customer.
