Poor service delivery
<p>On the 27th received a call for an early upgrade which I undertook, delivery took long and by the 8th I started to push for cancellation, because why should it matter that your systems are updated and delivery to customer has not happened - such unfair practices. I have been battling to get this cancellation since then and I want OUT for lack of delivery. I do not want the handset delivered but want NOTHING to do with Summermobile.</p>
