Poor sales service and unprofessional agents

Poor Service and sales agents promise the world but once they close the sale they do not respond to queries. My contract upgrade was messed up and they could not deliver to location as promised. The agent does not respond to calls and the company number just rings with no response. BY far the worst company i have dealt with. the cancellations that had to be done were never actioned.
