Pathetic service at Summer mobile

Received a cell phone upgrade from Summer mobile. I specially said to the agent Beryl who contact me Wear handset and color I wanted. Instead I received the incorrect color, one that I specifically stated I did not want. Despite several calls to the business requesting an escalation over the past two weeks nobody has responded or addressed the matter has not been resolved. Unopened phone still in box thanks to incompetence of staff at Summer mobile.
