PATHETIC SERVICE AND ***********STAFF

<p>Recived a call from this useless company in January to upgrade, took the contract , they said the courier company could not find my work place to deliver the phone, strangely no phone call was recived from the courier company RTT or from them to advise me of such, then called and advised they will resend the phone in 2 weeks ??? waited after the 2 weeks had passed i called again, suddenly no stock of the phone>>.SERIOUSLY ...its is now April, 4 months later still no cell phone but i have been debited ???????????????? Now i want cancel, and some idiot Cindy tells me she has worked there for 12 years and that she cannot tell me the process of cancellation, all they do is send everything to MTN and that there is no refernce number and drops the call on me...MORE LIKE 12 YEARS OF POOR SERVICE PROVIDED TO CLIENTS....... MAYBE ITS TIME SHE FINDS ANOTHER JOB SINCE SHE IS CLEARLY INCAPABLE OF DOING THIS ONE.......I WANT TO CANCEL AND I WANT A REFERNCE NUMBER AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW I AM GOING TO BE REIMBUSRED FOR THE DEBITS THAT HAVE ALREADY GONE OFF....DOES MTN KNOW ABOUT THE TERRIBLE SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING THEIR CLIENTS ...............</p>
