pathetic service

10 Oct 2018 my phone sent in for repairs . i have spoken to various consultants telling me that they going to escalate to the logistics department and someone will call me back . still to date nobody has call me back . I asked to speak to the call centre manager she refuses to take my calls and i can go ahead with whatever i want to do . for someone in a senior role to give me that dont care attitude that is pathetic . today i recieved the handset after i have spoke to your courier company personally you are quick to call when we must pay but excellent service we never recieved . I have thrown your sim card away out of anger and refuse to have any dealings with you . Collect your goods as i will report this to icasa and media
