Paid up latter

Good morning,

I have paid my account 12 December 2020, I haven't receive paid up latter till today, every time when I call they say" send us proof of payment and reference number" proof of payment was sent but no respond.

It's been a year now, calling Sigma insisting paid up latter they keep on saying" we will get back to you". Can I please get a my paid up latter !!

Good day Ms.Fikile . Thank you for raising your concern . Kindly note that your paid up letter was sent to you in December 2020 and our system reflect that the email was successful . We will however have this letter sent to you for your records by close of business today . Regards Sigma
