Not a pleasant experience

Yesterday i sent an alert at 15:05 using Mi-Assist App requesting for taxi service and the consultant called shortly after that to obtain my details of which i was making a booking for the 01-12-25 at 19:00 pm, Tiisetso promised me that i will get a call from their dispatcher, I waited for 2 hours for that call and they only contacted me after i sent another alert, Spoke to Tiisetso again and she told me that there are extra cost of R102.00 which i need to pay and i then change drop off location and the extra cost became R34.00 which i agreed to pay and no one bothered to send the link for me to pay, I had to send another alert again to remind them that i 'am still waiting, I find it annoying that why must i keep on sending alert for update, The sms with the link to pay was only sent after Midnight, I 'am not happy with the service i received yesterday.
