Non-existent customer support
I upgraded my MTN contract via Summer Mobile. I then cancelled the upgrade due to misrepresentation of the capabilities of the new handset before the handset was delivered. Since the cancellation I have unsuccesfully tried to contact Summer Mobile to no avail as their phones go unanserwed. Meanwhile, I am being billed by MTN for the upgrade and I cannot redo the upgrade . MTN just keep on referring me back to Summer Mobile.
