NO Statements! NO Reply, NO Honesty!

After numerous calls or attempts of calling this company's call Centre, i have not gotten feedback or even gotten through to the Call Centre. All i get is voicemail! Seriously? When i do get lucky enough to get through, they lie and say they will send a statement but than i never receive one. I need a breakdown Statement of my account! I am paying every month but the account is not moving. Infact the amount keeps increasing! This is ridiculous service. I hope Karma deals with you!
