NO SERVICE - NO PAY

After all the emails and complaints that have been made, today - I still have this useless phone with me sitting in the box in my draw. No call backs received about collecting it. I do however get the calls from the credit department, Why you not paying your account?? Really ????? I do not pay for things that I have sitting in my draw. No calls been made on the sim card, no data used on the sim card. NOTHING AT ALL. But I must pay the account.....I don't think so. Why can this matter just be resolved. collect your faulty unit. Let me go and enjoy another contact with a unit that does work, and people that care about there customers enough to sort out a simple problem like this.
