No service for months now

<p>I contacted Ismart a few months back regarding my number not working. I was told it will be escelated to Vodacom. For more than 4 months now I have not been able to use this sim card or my 500mb monthly data allocation but still the debit order goes every month even though I am not getting anything for it. This is breach of contract as I am paying for a non existing service. </p>
