no serivce from FOGI

FOGI send plumbers to my house "plumbing by Bonaero" to replace a faulty tap in my bathroom .the tap they bring is too small so Whitey tells me I must go buy a tap and I better hurry because time is ticking because only first hour is free.his guys leave and go to another job.I go buy a tap and then when i get home whitey tells me sorry time is up hes not sending his guys back to do the job because time is up.I said your guys did nothin they were only here for 5 minutes and they brought the wrong tap,he says it doesnt matter if they there 5 minutes and do nothing they still get paid.
