No response and avoidance .

Firstly i was called dialy from Ryan Thomas , which seemed like the service would be great. what a mistake tried calling him again left numerous messages and still no contact was made apart from excuses, from other agents.

firstly the free tv i was promised has conditions that was never communicated to me!!! incorrect phone was delivered two weeks later and feedback was promised on the tv promotion that samsung has terms that was never communicated to me ???

i would really suggest going into a store to do further upgrades that way you get the correct device and you have a place to go back to if ever you have problems like ive experienced and eliminates frustration. to date my queries have not been resolved and im still waiting for feedback.
