No response

Hello. Ismart came with a conclusion that they will return the phone after the deduction on the 15th of April which is on Friday, now i sent an email to Meagan yesterday asking her about the handset delivery, whether i will get it after how long when the deduction has been successful, she has not responded to my email, when i tried calling her this morning i was told she is on another call, i called two times.. now, how do i get people who operate like that debit on my account because now they are playing games and i should be getting my phone n the 15th also, that is only fair under the circumstances. Kindly advice how do i proceed because i am so fed up with running of this ismart.
