No refund as promissed

<p>I was told that my query has been investigated and that my refund will be paid into my bank on Wednesday the 21-09-2016 but it will only show on Thursday (today) 22-09-2016 as Ismart is with standard bank and i bank with Absa, it is 15:30 and there is no refund showing in my bank, i have been phoning and leaving messages for Mrs Bosch to contact me regarding this but she did not phone me back and when i phone they say she is busy or in a meeting or not at her desk right now and put me thru to customer care where i got another surprise as the lady informed me that there is no notes on the system from Mrs Bosch stating that i am being refunded and yet again she put the query back to Mrs Bosch to contact me, this is really poor poor service i cant believe this</p>
