No Happy with the package

I ordered a phone and it was delivered on time, the problem came when i opened the package it was a small phone very small phone. I called the company and i explained that this is what i was not excepting actually i'm disappointed, i told them that i would like to return the phone and i was told by them that i must now pay R800 & something which is too much. i was told that if i had opened the package i will need to pay that R800 & something.

Now my Question is how was i suppose to see the item without seeing how it looks like.... Cancellation fee is R385.00 & something but now i'm being told about R800.00

Honestly i'm disappointed in that bad service, the R800.00 i won't pay
