NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED IN MY LIFE

<p>I received a phone call on my cellphone from Summer Mobile (MTN) asking me if I would like to upgrade my contract as it was due for an upgrade. I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade on the phone to avoid having to go to one of the MTN shops and wait in a queue for hours. The lady was very helpful and I told her which phone I wanted and she said I would receive my phone within 10 working days (this was 14th June). The phone was apparently despatched however, MTN gave the courier company "RTT" the incorrect telephone number. Surely they would use the cellphone number which was being upgraded? One would think. Therefore the courier company could not contact me for delivery. When you try and phone Customer Services at Summer Mobile they are always experiencing high call volumes. To cut a long story short I still have not received the phone to date and am still frustrated as hell because I cannot get hold of anybody. When you email them they read the emails but never contact you.</p>
