MTN and Summer Mobile and their false advertising!!

I was contacted by Shakira of MTN Summer Mobile in September 2022. She was contacting me regarding an early upgrade on one of my MTN numbers that had a 50gig package.

She promised me a similar package at a lower price, she claimed that this was a running promotion at the time. However, once the date of provisioning for the services came around, I was provided with only 20gig of data.

It has been this way for the past 2 months, I have tried to complain to MTN to cancel, they tell me that I must contact MTN summer-mobile. I contacted summer mobile I could not find Shakira the initial lady that helped me (this is not a coincidence I am sure!) I have been given the run around by Melisa who keeps promising me that they will get Shakira to call me.

I want to cancel the contract with im****ate effect, I am very close to cancelling mypayments, I am sure if I do that I will get the attention I deserve as a customer.

MTN Summer mobile is a **** and I have good mind to approach my lawyers and the ombusman regarding the poor service and false advertising that is done by summer mobile.

MTN or Summer Mobile contact me quickly to cancel this contract, I am sick of this mess!!
