The worst experience Ever . Summer sun called on behalf of mtn on the 7th of march with an upgrade offer . However i was interested i agreed on the package . So im actually a Samsung person and they offered a hauwie . So i thought about it nd called them back for cancellation as i wanted to go to mtn store and check on sumsung phones . When i called firsr thing iv done is to ask the agent her name she said she is CONNEY so i explained the situation however she was friendly on then phone .she wasnt treating me like a clt . Before i could request for a manager i asked her hwr name again she said she is Siphokazi Siliwana then i asked so did your changed ur names now? She got aggresive then she gave an agent who pretended to be the manager. Iv called mtn however they refer me back to this company which i dont understand as im a paying client of mtn but they cant assist in this matter .iv got several emails iv sent to summer sun but no one get back to me. Im frustrated its best to cancel mtn contract .
