Misinformed about the operating system the cellphone uses.

Hi All,

I was contacted by iSmart and offered a Samsung Z2 but wasn't informed that the operating system is Tizen. I called and explained that I have a 7 days out of box return. I was told that I now have to pay a R1038 cancellation fee. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! The handset only costs R899 if bought cash!!! Be careful to accept cellphone contract offers from iSmart! They are ******** people into taking something they don't full understand. The consultant said I should have first went and check the specs on this phone but I disagree. I should have been made aware of the fact the Samsung Z2 runs on Tizen software and not android! What a bunch of ******!!!
