One star is probably being generous. This company is set up to take advantage of people and for MTN to distance themselves from it.

I was phoned by this company whereafter I requested to cancel my data contract. They proceeded to upgrade my current sim only contract to R50 more per month and signing me up for another two years!

I have been to the store twice and been in contact with MTN customer service who is unable to help me cancel this contract. I also cannot get hold of summer mobile after multiple attempts.
