Ismart- will never recommend to anyone. So frustrated.

This is again a review about ismart. Guess what I'm still waiting for them to refund the bank charges of last year November, not only that they double debit again this month. I took a second contract with them in July of this year. Only to have issues again. For the second time they gave me options on phones, that I confirmed over the phone, received the confirmation sms that it will be delivered. Only to receive a call 5 days later that they don't have stock of that phone no longer and that I must choose another one. How can you confirm and then go and change after. That's not all I eventually received the phone only for my 1st contract sim to stop working. I again phoned them about the problem. I was instructed that I need to go to a Cell C store and RICA the Sim, that I did. Then the Sim was receiving calls. But stoped working again. Again I had to phone them on the 27 July 2019, and they said that they will send a new sim card with the courier. I asked about the airtime and sms that was not received and they said that they will load it on the new sim. Yesterday I again had to phone them to do a follow up, only to be informed that they will escalate as urgent to send my new sim. I also followed up with accounts department about the amount that needs to be refunded to from last year. That I had to send the proof again on the 8/8/2019 to the team leader - ***, as the lady that was working with it, no longer works there. Nothing was done, not even a phone call.Only to tell me that they need to speak to a team leader on feedback and will phone me before 16:30 with an update. Guess what I am still waiting for the phone call. How can ismart operate like this. Not having a care about the consumers.
