Ismart sucks

<p>From initiation in dealing with this company i took a ipad router contract out i have had endless issues . a year ago they started loading my data bundles manually which never happened. in june 2016 i called tgem tgey had to refund me for 6 months. and again in Dec 2016 i havent received data for 3 months. yet they debit the account in an instant. i have repeatedly called the call centre and get no joy. all im told is that it is with management to allocate. in Dec they debited my account on the 15th without advising me when i never had funds on the account. to date im still awaiting the outstanding data bundles that they owe. i have wasted my calls calling daily but no joy. i will never recommend anyone to deal with them. the call centre agents are do useless to provide a proper answer. PLEASE DON'T WASTE TIME DEALING WITH I SMART . a useless bumch of *********** people and service is bad</p>
