iSmart people are *********

This company is owned by ********* including all their employees. I had a contract for data sim card and the wifi router with them. The contract was supposed to finish at the end of March 2019 however from January 2019 they just deactivated the sim card without a reason. I have never missed a debit order to them. When I call the Lady called Tamaryn told me to go and Rica my sim card than call them back so that they can load the data for January and February that I have not received. Alternatively she requested any other number they can load it to which I provided and she promised to call me back that same day or latest the following day to confirm that my data has been loaded. Until today I have not received the data. I tried calling her and I was told she's on the call with another client and I was told to leave my number for her to call me back when she's done but she didn't. I'm now going to reverse all the debit orders from them until they load the data I paid for. I will also change my bank account soon because of these *********
