iSmart not so smart

I was given a wrong tablet and I got stuck with it on a technicality. Later my pay date changed and I phoned in to update iSmart but debit date unchanged, causing penalties. The worst part they send me pdf statements that need a password which I don't have.

Good day Sfiso Ka Thandayiphi Sibisi

I have attempted reaching out to you without any success.

Through checking your account I have found a claim of misrepresentation was raised with regards to the device type received by yourself. The agent explained the investigation process and you then opted to continue with the contract.

With regards to the debit date change request I have looked into this and do not find the request hence my reason for trying to reach out to you.

Please use your ID number as a password when opening the invoice which was sent.

Kind Regards

Good day Mr Sibisi,

I have checked and saw that your request has been actioned. I do apologise for the agent not getting back to you. The issue was that your email was actioned 2 days after it was sent due to a lack of resources.

I then find that the March debit was deducted already.

They have changed the pay date from April to end of your contract.

I will send the details around termination to your email address.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards
