Ismart Mobile & HTN Attorneys

I bought a phone from ismart mobile in 2017, the device was delivered without a charger, charger was then delivered a week or 2 later, charged the phone overnight and nothing until today its a dud.. I then start my correspondence with ismart, they wanted to hear nothing, they have now handed me over to HTN attorneys who also does not read my emails at all, instead they send demand letters, debt review letters etc, this is **************** and I will not stand for it. I was contated 2.5 weeks ago with a promise that the device will be fetched within 14 days??? then another message saying it will be collected for repairs, that was never discussed as I would never agree dealing with a company thats donned me from day one,
