ISMART misrepresenting themselves as Vodacom

I would like a representative from Ismart to call me regarding an account that has been handle over. i have explained on numerous occasions to a number of people. but nothing is getting sorted out

Ismart misrepresented themselves as Vodacom. i have asked for the recordings of the call they made to me. they cant supply me with the recording.
