Ismart employees' unprofessional behaviour

Ismart is really a ****. They called to sell me a tablet in 2015 and I accepted the deal due to exciting Devise features. However when the phone/tablet was delivered to me, the features were totally different and inferior to the one that was telephonically described to me. I then decided to return it and after calling them, they arranged for the same courier to pick up the phone from me. They also confirmed telephonically that they received the tablet back from me and that the tablet was in good order. That was the last time I heard from them until after a long time.

After a few years, ISmart started harassing me over unpaid debt for the phone/tablet and after much dialogue with them, they still never stopped harassing me for what they never delivered.

I reviewed ISmart here on Hallopeter and immediately their manager by the name of Michelle called me to apologize and promised me that the misunderstanding has been resolved and that the account was no longer in force.

Fast forward to now in 2020 lockdown, it has come to my attention that ISmart has handed me over to one debt collector for the same 2015 flopped contract.

My cell number is *** and my ID number is ***. I have given these details for ISmart to follow up with the ghost account of mine that they keep harassing me for and handing me over to debt collectors that also naively don't want to hear my side of the story.

I am appealing to ISmart to decease from harrassing me for a ghost account, causing me unnecessary embarrassment, trauma, stress and anxiety. Please someone help!!
