ISmart - Dishonest

The company’s salesperson phoned me to take out a cell phone contract with them. I told her I am not interested, but she insisted that I need to take the phone. She went so far as to tell me to lie. The phone was delivered. I did not sign for it, but I was told I should have sent it back immediately and not have signed for it. The person who works in their so call finance department do not even know what a debit and a credit is. I requested statements from them, but their system is constantly off. I asked one of the people if their system is off for three months now. Surprisingly her answer was: “Yes”. They start deducting money from my bank account. There were months that they deducted four to six times from R285.00 to R900.00. But I still own them over a R1,000.00, as I was told by a so-called manager. The manager told me that three systems is running and that the systems are correct. He made mistake after mistake when I was on the phone with him. He blatantly **** to me and the have the audacity to asked me if he need to play me the recording, which he never did. I told him the debit order went off in certain months, but he totally denied it. Then he has the audacity to tell me that he is not going to send me a statement I need to send him all my bank statements. The cell phone was registered in Skycell (a JHB company), but also this was denied.
