Ismart *********

They do not actually deserve a star. In 2014 I was with the and then they called me to upgrade my cell contract. They cell options they gave me I was not pleased with so I said that I did not want to upgrade at that stage but would keep my contract and the old phone until such time the had other phones to choose from. Ismart at the end of that month though cancelled my contract and due to this I had no use of my phone. They however still deducted my debit order every month. I then started to reverse the payments. Eventually they handed me over to a lawyer who emailed me. I mailed them back explaining what happened and then for years heard nothing. Out of the blue since last month they again started to debit my account. I an reversing the debit ordered but it is reflecting badly on my record. I would advise against doing business with them. They are **********. *****ing your money.
