Ismart

I have never seen or heard of anything like this my whole life i had a contract with iSmart and around that time i had a problem paying it with personal reosons but after everything sorted i made an arrangement with iSmart they said i can pay R271 a month since last year around November . Been 2months now im getting emails/ phone calls from different debt collectors telling me iSmart has.handed my account to them .the first company asked me for proof that im paying i did that and they never came back last month another called me same story i send them proof i was paying..i went on Facebook asking how can u hand in someone's account if she's paying ? I was told yes cause there was a time when i was not paying thats why they hand in my accont.. so i asked it doesnt matter the fact that im still paying ? There was no response and last month i reversed my debit order..i really dnt have a problem with paying them but there rudeness responds from Facebook made me made..somehow something is not right cause my debit order goes straight to ismart why are they handing my account.
