Inefficient claims assessors outsourced by Dial Direct

They have little ability to assess what is damaged, but rely on simply collecting equipment that is assumed to be faulty. This has resulted, in my case, for two claims outsourced by Dial Direct, multiple assessors assigned to the same problem. This means that one takes away damaged goods only to be superseded by another assessor who doesn’t have access to what has already been removed. In my case two further assessors were assigned and it was unclear who was to be responsible for what and all being confused. This is further exacerbated by the Digicall staff who seem to deliberately avoid communicating with the claimant who increasingly remains in the dark and receives no written details of the settlement Digicall arrives at. We are simply given a series of documents to sign off on parts of the claim, but never the whole. This leaves items outstanding that are virtually impossible to resolve or obtain a clear picture of - probably because the assigned manager is also lost. I have had two claims with Dial Direct some years apart. Both were outsourced to Digicall and neither has been successfully concluded. This reflects very badly on Dial Direct.
