Increased payment arrangement for unemployed person

Being unemployed for over 3 years I contacted sigma and advised all I can afford to pay is a R100 nothing more till I find employment.Today I receive an email stating they want R200 a month.How should an unemployed person pay R200 when I all I have is a R100.Does your company realise what the economy is like right now.I made the effort and pay my R100 on time and now you force me to pay R200
