Incorrect assessment by Digicall, sending cartooned images

IWYZE sent Digicall (KZN) to my property to do AN assessment the guy name Kesavan did an assessment, I have the picture but cannot put it on this platform, this guy provided cartooned images of A Roof saying the pitch "IF LOW", and took zoomed images which makes something small look like it's huge, ( incorrect assessment) and sent to iWYZE which rejected my claim due to pitch being incorrect , how can this Company send a cartooned picture saying my pitch is low, how do we even know it's my house? People you need to know what these companies are doing to us,
