I wish Hellopeter Had Negative Stars

This is my first-ever review, and unfortunately, it's a negative one. I recently had an assessment with Digicall for an insurance claim after my computer box was destroyed by a power surge. I expected a fair evaluation, but instead, they suggested that my claim should be rejected, with no replacement offered. It left me wondering if they're truly assessors or acting as the insurance company itself. The lack of transparency and support throughout the process was frustrating, and I felt completely let down. I genuinely wish Hellopeter had negative stars rather than just 1. I hope Digicall rethinks how they handle cases like mine. Ui
