I made a claim with Momentum Insurance, and they dispatched a Loss adjuster named Kobus Van Biljon from a company called Digicall in Craighall Park, who never inspected the damage and instead decided to speak with the domestic worker, who was freshly hired and had no knowledge of the claim. Kobus then proceeded to write a report based on his interaction with the **** without ever entering the house, recommending that cracks be painted over, which are evident to anyone who inspects the damage. I find this highly offensive and unprofessional. Kobus drove all the way to get information from a third party and made no attempt to inspect the damage on his own, and the **** denies that she gave him the information in his report, claiming that he got it from the plumbers who installed the geyser.
