horrible service

i bought a contract phone from ismart only to recieve a phone that is chinese brand thats not even worth the box it came in for 299 rnds per month i emailed a guy called ashly from ismart who had promised to get it soreted many emails later and deductions for a phone and still no joy i need to semd that phone back cos its not what i wanted i cannot be billed for a stupid phone that is not even fit for a toy to use as display
