Harrasing customers due to wrong information

After being phoned 5 times a day being asked to speak to one of their clients and me confirming that i am not the person they are looking for and not even in the same province as the person they are looking for they still refuse to remove my nunber from their system. When you call support line to speak to a manager they just take down your number but none of the managers return your call. Very unprofessional, very bad service, harrasing public for wrongful information.
