Harassment After Receiving High Court Documents for Surrender of Estate (Sequastration.

I will suggest that Sigma which is part of "Digicall" group (Executive Chairman, Digicall Group ALTMANN ALLERS, Director, Digicall Group HENDRIK KLUEVER, Director and CEO, Digicall Group RUBEN MOGGEE, Director, Digicall SA NASH ARNACHELLAM, CFO, Digicall Group CONRAD ERASMUS) should start investing more money and time educating their call center operators and debt collectors on legal terminology and the procedures they need to follow when receiving High Court Documents for the surrender of estate/sequastration/ liquidation/bankruptcy/insolvency.

Sanlam/Direct Axis was informed of my surrender of Estate already in February via a registered letter to them from AI Adams Attorneys. I have sent my High Court Documents of Surrender of estate (sequestration) to Sigma (which Sanlam/Direct Axis hired) in July. A debt collectorThaakirah Julius informed me that my account is on hold, (obviously not knowing the procedures) and promised me that I will receive no further calls. I started working last month and Sanlam/Direct Axis now went and took off a debit order (25 September 2020) which is ******* as I was sequestrated on 13 March 2020.

I have reported Sigma to the Council Of Debt Collectors which will most probably affect their FCS authorization (https://www.cfdc.org.za/) and to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (https://www.consumerfinance.gov/).

Sigma and Sanlam need to sort out and educate their customer service consultants and debt collectors

Any communication from both Sigma and Sanlam needs to be directed to me via email as I want everything in print, phone calls will not be accepted anymore as it has not helped in the past.

Reviewer Update
Last night at 10 after this review I received a letter from Nicky Hill working for Sanlam/Direct Axis that I have now authorized a debit order from the 5th of October. I wonder where she got this from? Are these people daft? Do they not know what they need to do when they receive a High Court order for Surrender of Estate? They need to find out from the High Court who the trustee is which was appointed by the court to handle the estate and put their claim in. The client is not te be harassed.
