frustrated client

I would like to report this company called Ismart cellular I was being called by the company it was nearly easter holiday off which they did delivered the phone before easter holiday after I charged the phone I was able to switch of the phone meaning they sent me a dead phone I called the company after a week of waiting they sent a courier to come n took the phone back for repairs and gues what after that I waited for the whole month of April of which they did brought it back and gues what it was the same phone again they did nt even fix the phone and it came back with lot of scratches all over and I called them again because I couldn't even switch it even to see the baterty whether it was charging or even counting the percentage of the batrey the phone was blank gues what I was the 1 who was calling them again they didn't bother to call me and even now I don't have a phone and when you calling in their consultant are very rude all of them they nid to be trained again they don't have customer service this company is so disguisting please help me
