********** Upgrade

Summer Mobile agents are ***********. I received a call from an agent who firstly misled me on the Promotional deals MTN were offering. He then proceeds with talking through the terms. Mid discussion of the terms, the call drops. He does not call me back. I then receive correspondence that my account is being upgraded. WITHOUT me having accepted the deal. This is ********** and completely unacceptable. I have since trying to call them but to no avail.
